Build and scale Go backend services for agent quoting, configuration, and application submission. Recruit and develop engineers, manage roadmaps and delivery, partner with product and enterprise stakeholders, and drive identity platform initiatives including SSO, provisioning, policy enforcement, token strategy, and regulatory auditing. Promote responsible AI coding-tool adoption and maintain high engineering standards.

Lead exploratory testing within R&D, uncovering risks that automated checks miss across complex, configuration-driven insurance systems. Develop test charters, risk models, coverage and testability maps, and clear bug, risk, and compliance narratives. Partner with Product and Engineering on specification-by-example, observability, testability, and release readiness. Build testing tools, evaluate AI-generated code and tests, coach quality practitioners, and support auditable quality decisions without owning release approval.

Lead a team of Technical Solutions Engineers to triage, diagnose, and resolve production issues across Bestow's platform. Own support queue, incident command, SLAs, runbooks, automation, observability, and partner escalation while contributing ~20% production-level code and converting recurring issues into funded roadmap work.

Own and improve the Product Development Lifecycle and product roadmap by architecting Jira/Confluence and AI-integrated tooling, building governance, dashboards, and metrics, enabling PM workflows, onboarding, release operations, and cross-functional stakeholder communications to increase velocity and product quality.
