Lead institutional wholesaling for high-net-worth life insurance sales: recruit and support advisors, design cases, build institutional relationships, coordinate with carriers, maintain CRM sales records, and drive strategic client development to grow Lion Street Private Client business.

Serve as the primary HR contact for a business unit, supporting workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, change management, M&A integrations, organizational design, and people analytics. Partner with COEs on payroll/benefits/policies, lead investigations, facilitate development workshops, and advise leaders to drive people and organizational outcomes.

Handle incoming life insurance applications and documentation, enter data into company systems, create tasks for case managers, manage case files, pre-populate applications, verify agent licensing, mail policies, and support team workflow and projects.

Support commission processing and reconciliation for Life and Institutional divisions; maintain and validate commission databases; prepare internal and external compensation reporting; collaborate with accounting and commissions analysts to ensure accurate revenue recognition; identify and resolve discrepancies.

Manage and grow enterprise Medicare and health-insurance BPO accounts as primary client liaison. Ensure operational delivery meets contractual KPIs, drive performance improvements, oversee financials and forecasting, lead account ramp-ups and seasonal scaling, maintain compliance with CMS/Medicare rules, and deliver data-driven insights through dashboards and executive reporting.

Plan, build, QA, execute, and analyze lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app, and content cards. Create copy, update HTML/templates, design assets, run A/B tests, maintain campaign calendar, ensure regulatory compliance, and document assets and performance.
