Serve as a strategic, high-touch customer success manager for top creator accounts. Own a portfolio of high-value creators, drive retention and expansion through proactive email strategy, product adoption, data-driven tests, and cross-functional collaboration. Act as a trusted advisor, build account plans, surface creator insights to Product/Marketing, and scale success playbooks.
