The Channel Partner Manager will cultivate partnerships, drive revenue, and collaborate internally to enhance Tekmetric's growth in the automotive industry. Key responsibilities include managing partner relationships, evaluating opportunities, negotiating deals, and engaging with executives.

Sell Tekmetric's integrated payments to auto repair shops through full-cycle sales: prospecting, demos, negotiation, closing, pipeline management, statement analysis, account retention/expansion, cross-functional collaboration, and event-based lead generation.

Drive adoption of Tekmetric Payments among existing customers via high-volume outbound outreach. Qualify interest, book attended demos with Payments Specialists, maintain Salesforce records, follow structured sequences, provide insights to improve targeting, and assist onboarding for self-signups to support expansion revenue.

Manage and nurture partner relationships, evaluate opportunities, execute deals, collaborate with internal teams, and build relationships with executives to drive revenue for Tekmetric.

Lead Tekmetric's API product strategy and roadmap for the SaaS platform. Own API lifecycle (contracts, versioning, documentation), drive developer experience and adoption, identify integration opportunities, lead generative AI initiatives, perform user research and analytics-driven prioritization, collaborate across design/engineering/sales, train internal teams, and measure business impact.

Lead and build the Customer Success Operations function for onboarding and professional services. Own analytics, reporting, enablement, process design, and CS tooling (Vitally, Salesforce, Gong). Deliver insights, run internal training, eliminate manual work through playbooks and automation, partner cross-functionally, and scale a team while supporting VP-level strategy, OKRs, and capacity planning.

Design and implement scalable frontend solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Drive architecture discussions, ship features with minimal guidance, maintain code quality and styling standards, collaborate across agile teams, ensure performance and scalability, and manage end-to-end feature lifecycles in a fast-moving environment.

Design and execute cohesive, on-brand visual assets across digital, social, print, and events. Translate briefs into polished deliverables, maintain brand consistency, build templates and visual systems, collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams, contribute to a design library, and present and iterate on work based on feedback.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Tekmetric's SaaS product for auto repair shops. Own user research, AI/ML product initiatives, cross-functional alignment, go-to-market coordination, and measurement of business outcomes. Train internal teams and iterate on features from concept through launch and optimization.
