Drive revenue by acquiring new mid-market clients and expanding existing accounts using consultative selling. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to negotiation and contract execution, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, meet quota targets, and represent the company at industry events.

Manage engagement and retention for an SMB client portfolio through proactive virtual relationship management, Salesforce-driven campaigns, analytics (Power BI), and cross-functional coordination. Drive upsell/adoption opportunities, improve self-service resources, and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and program performance.

Partner with Sales to design and present scalable, client-aligned enterprise solutions. Lead discovery, develop customized demonstrations and POCs, support RFP/RFI responses, and manage onboarding for moderate to complex accounts. Coordinate implementation activities, support configuration and migrations, mitigate technical risks, and ensure smooth transitions to Implementation while communicating feedback to Product and Engineering.
