Design engaging K-12 SaaS product experiences by translating complex concepts into intuitive user interfaces. Collaborate with Research, Product, Engineering, Art, and Curriculum teams to develop features and interactive content. Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, micro-animations, and visual designs; conduct user research, usability testing, and feature validation. Work in an Agile environment, complete Jira sprint tasks, participate in design critiques, and balance user needs with business goals.

Leads the architecture, governance, consolidation, and adoption of Discovery Education’s design systems. Partners with design, engineering, product, and curriculum teams to improve design-to-development workflows, component reuse, documentation, tooling, accessibility, and delivery efficiency. Establishes roadmaps, contribution models, enablement programs, and success metrics while modernizing prototyping and front-end collaboration through scalable systems and emerging technologies.
