Promotes NotaryCam title and settlement services through sales and marketing activities, expanding customer success, revenue, and market share. Performs complex analysis, interprets business environments, recommends process improvements, communicates difficult concepts, and may lead moderately complex functional projects. Works independently while supporting customer, operational, project, and service objectives.

Designs and maintains Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and end-to-end analytics solutions. The Claims Counsel manages claims under title insurance, interprets business environments, retains outside counsel, negotiates settlements, and handles a caseload involving complex legal issues.

Supports real estate title transactions through centralized clerical processing, communicating with branch offices, resolving atypical issues using existing procedures, and acting as a resource for less experienced team members while working with limited supervision.
