Leads global performance marketing across North America, Europe, and APAC, owning a multimillion-dollar paid media budget and growth outcomes. Responsibilities include channel strategy, budget allocation, campaign optimization, creative testing, analytics, attribution, marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, and performance reporting. Manages and develops a performance marketing team, partners cross-functionally, monitors platform trends, and identifies new acquisition opportunities while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term brand growth.

Architect, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs for Lovevery’s global subscription e-commerce and digital parent experiences. Build scalable data models, manage account and subscription systems, checkout, fulfillment, CMS, security, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Frontend teams, evaluate vendors, improve engineering standards, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, and mentor teammates while using AI-assisted development responsibly.

Drive annual strategic planning, evaluate and model new business opportunities, communicate strategic priorities to executives, investors, and the board, and own growth initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones and KPIs, support revenue-generating initiatives, and help implement AI across the organization.
