Drives new business growth for AT&T Consulting and Professional Services by prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing IT consulting opportunities. Sells Network/Cloud, Voice transformation, and Mobility/IoT services to federal government customers. Manages the full sales lifecycle, develops client relationships, collaborates with sales and consulting teams, creates proposals and pricing models, conducts customer visits, and maintains performance metrics and reporting.

Leads complex telecommunications and technology sales engagements from customer identification through invoicing. Designs, implements, and tests solutions; manages billable projects, vendors, workstreams, customer stakeholders, delivery schedules, and operational handoffs. Builds relationships with public safety agencies and PSAPs, prepares proposals and strategic plans, supports sales growth, translates technical details for executives, and mentors colleagues. Requires expertise in managed IP networks, ESInet, NG9-1-1, GIS data coordination, and complex project delivery.
