Cultivate and expand B2B relationships with large enterprise accounts across an assigned territory. Prospect daily, build and manage sales pipelines, develop new business, grow existing accounts, and consistently exceed sales goals. Serve as the primary customer contact, resolve issues, coordinate with sales engineering and business development teams, and deliver enterprise network solutions. Frequent travel, strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required.

Supports customers throughout hosted voice implementations, including site assessments, solution configuration, equipment activation, phone-number porting, testing, training, and initial support. Coordinates with customers, sales, field technicians, vendors, and service delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding, meet deadlines and SLAs, resolve escalations, and transition customers to ongoing operations. Provides hosted voice subject-matter expertise for strategic or complex accounts and travels extensively within the market.
