The Consultant II will implement and support Collaboration solutions for enterprise clients, provide Tier 2 technical support, manage project documentation, and ensure solutions meet business needs. This role requires strong network and Collaboration knowledge.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team through administrative duties.

Provide technical pre-sales expertise for private cellular and cellular edge solutions, design high-level architectures, create proofs-of-concept and SOWs, lead trials, translate business needs into technical scope, and support account teams to drive revenue and partnerships.
