Support Vendor Management System deployments, enhancements, validation, UAT, data conversion, and documentation. Provide Level 1 support, troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, develop business cases, train users, and administer imports, user access, integrations, and system configuration. Serve as the primary contact for VMS account managers and assigned program teams.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume IT contract recruiting: source, screen, interview, and submit candidates; build talent pipelines; manage ATS/VMS; liaise with clients and account teams to fill roles and deliver consistent professional representation.
