Maintains customer tax profiles across multiple systems, processes payroll tax data updates, manages cases and tasks, researches discrepancies, and supports accurate filings, funding, payments, reconciliation, and reporting. The role handles customer inquiries, coordinates escalations, documents resolutions, uses Excel and Power BI for analysis, meets service-level standards, and protects confidential information. It requires knowledge of U.S. payroll tax concepts, strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Maintains customer payroll tax profiles across multiple jurisdictions, processes tax data updates, manages cases and tasks, researches payroll tax discrepancies, and coordinates resolutions with internal teams. Provides customer support on tax configuration and payroll inquiries while monitoring issues affecting filings, payments, funding, and reporting. Uses Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to identify exceptions and support decisions. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, deadline management, and effective virtual collaboration.

The Procurement Director will design and implement procurement strategy, policies, and procedures; own the source-to-pay lifecycle; manage sourcing, RFPs, contracts, vendors, and onboarding; and lead cost-saving initiatives.
