Perform complex accounting functions under GAAP for a $1.3B entity: prepare multi-million-dollar journal entries, reconcile subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger, analyze revenue and expenditures (grants, sales tax, fares, leases), maintain fixed assets and activity-based costing using Metify and Oracle ERP, support payroll accounting, and prepare periodic financial reports including CAFR.
