Drive strategic Cloudflare sales across Texas and the broader TOLA state, local, and education market. Build executive relationships with government and university leaders, exceed multi-million-dollar quotas, manage complex pipelines and forecasts, navigate public-sector procurement vehicles, and lead cross-functional teams through enterprise platform adoption. Translate Cloudflare’s security, performance, and Zero Trust capabilities into solutions addressing compliance, ransomware, DDoS, privacy, digital transformation, and critical infrastructure protection.

Own technical support cases for Cloudflare’s Developer Platform, troubleshooting deployments, runtime errors, routing, storage, databases, APIs, logs, and telemetry. Reproduce issues in sandbox environments, guide customers through diagnostics, collaborate with Engineering on escalations, and improve scripts, runbooks, documentation, AI-assisted workflows, and support processes. The role requires clear customer communication, structured troubleshooting, cloud application experience, and familiarity with web infrastructure and developer tools.

Product Manager Interns will conduct user research and competitive analysis, identify product opportunities, define requirements and success metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams. They will own product initiatives from concept through launch, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact while improving Cloudflare products and user experiences at internet scale.

Own interconnection and backbone strategy across the Americas, balancing U.S. network scale with South American connectivity challenges. Lead peering, private interconnect, transit, IX, transport, and backbone capacity decisions; negotiate complex agreements with ISPs, carriers, and partners; model cost, capacity, and resiliency; and use AI-driven analytics and automation to improve operations. Coach team members on solution selling and structured sales methodologies, develop product-focused playbooks, collaborate with Product Marketing and Enablement, recruit sales talent, and engage technical and executive buyers across security, networking, development, and infrastructure.

Supports end-to-end qualification, deployment, and maintenance of Cloudflare’s global server fleet.
