Outbound BDR responsible for prospecting and qualifying LATAM leads, initiating outreach (calls, emails, social), managing CRM and sales cadences, and handing off qualified opportunities to Sales. Build and evolve the Durable Objects runtime and its routing/storage systems. Improve reliability, scalability, and performance for stateful serverless workloads. Own code end-to-end, solve distributed systems problems, and work across JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, and C++.

Design and implement foundational layers of next-generation distributed storage and streaming systems. Own code end-to-end, architect consistency models, optimize storage engine performance, design data-centric APIs, and debug complex race conditions, partitions, and infrastructure-level failures. Work across system layers using Rust/C++ and interact with JavaScript/TypeScript as needed.

Lead productionization and optimization of ML models for a global, serverless inference platform. Build benchmarking/evaluation tooling, improve inference performance (quantization, compilation, batching), integrate models with heterogeneous GPUs and accelerators, enhance deployment workflows and observability, and mentor engineers while driving ML production best practices.

Lead design and delivery of GTM-facing software and data products: build data foundations, pipeline visualization, sales tooling, and production services. Own end-to-end projects, participate in on-call, drive cross-functional initiatives, and leverage AI to accelerate development on Cloudflare's platform.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput, low-latency authentication and authorization services. Evolve IAM systems to distributed, edge-capable architectures; define robust APIs; ensure reliability, observability, and security; conduct reviews and design docs; and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development while owning production reliability.
