Lead and grow a distributed software/systems engineering team building Cloudflare Network Interconnect. Drive roadmap prioritization, reliability, automation of provisioning pipelines, incident/on-call processes, and cross-team coordination with Network Ops, Sales Engineering, and partners.

Build, extend, and operate systems that provision, monitor, and orchestrate private network interconnects at scale. Design, implement, test, and deploy software; collaborate with Product, Network, and Infrastructure teams; participate in on-call rotations and maintain production health. Own post-sales technical relationship for Enterprise customers: troubleshoot and escalate issues, provide architectural governance against best practices, identify security/performance risks, run quarterly reviews, drive roadmap alignment with Product/Engineering, deploy proactive drift-detection and incident management, and use AI tools to streamline diagnostics and documentation. Travel up to 25% and provide weekend and escalation support.

Lead and hands-on build the AI Gateway: set technical/product direction, implement core systems and developer tooling, recruit and mentor engineers, collaborate with platform teams, and ship high-velocity AI infrastructure and agent tooling.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for threat detection and response across Cloudflare's network. Design and build large-scale data pipelines and edge/Cloud systems, develop AI-assisted workflows for threat hunting, mentor engineers, operate production services (Kubernetes, Workers), and participate in on-call incident response while collaborating with Threat Intelligence, Product, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams.

Lead Cloudflare's global digital presence by defining strategy across corporate social channels, executive digital positioning, web storytelling, and technical communities. Translate complex technical milestones into engaging content, manage crisis and rapid response, and use data-driven measurement to optimize brand sentiment and engagement.

Lead global talent acquisition as an executive architect of Cloudflare’s workforce: design predictive, AI-first hiring systems, build data-driven talent pipelines, partner with executives on multi-year workforce strategy, scale global recruiting operations with compliance (GDPR) and compensation architecture, and lead/mentor a distributed team of recruiters, sourcers, and operations specialists.

Own product vision and roadmap for next-gen IVT and ad fraud detection/data products. Translate Cloudflare network signals into tools for advertisers, publishers, and verification vendors. Evangelize standards, coordinate with industry bodies, and collaborate with engineering, data, legal, privacy, and business teams to deliver solutions that improve measurement accuracy and fight fraud.
