Lead internal technical enablement for Contentful's product portfolio, create training and resources, and align cross-functional teams for better implementation practices.

Lead design and hands-on implementation of enterprise personalization and experimentation programs using Contentful Personalization. Responsibilities include audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation frameworks, integrations with CDPs/CRMs/analytics, architecture for scalable delivery (SSR/CSR/edge), technical discovery, customer enablement, and cross-functional feedback into Product and Engineering.
