Manage and grow a West enterprise Solutions Engineering team: hire, mentor, assess SEs, support pre-sales and account activities, drive revenue via sales plays, deliver technical presentations, and support proof-of-value events while partnering with regional sales leadership.

Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads, schedule sales-ready meetings, research target accounts and contacts, run cold calls and email campaigns, log activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with sales and marketing to convert opportunities and meet territory quotas. Participate in training, customer meetings, and occasional events across time zones.

Drive territory sales by developing a business plan, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, articulating value to technical and executive stakeholders, forecasting and hitting targets, creating demand in-market, and expanding accounts through channel and direct motions.

Own and run technical enablement programs for Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Engineers. Design and deliver onboarding, demos, PoV guidance, licensing/sizing/pricing training, and product positioning. Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement with product launches, measure program effectiveness, and leverage AI and agentic workflows for just-in-time training and lab development. Support remote, global teams and occasional outside-hours duties.
