Train customers on Dscout functionality and research methodology, advise on research designs, mitigate churn risks, identify growth opportunities, and support research execution. Collaborate with sales, renewal, product, engineering, and research teams while advocating for customer needs and contributing feedback to improve the platform. Travel up to 10% for customer visits.
