The Account Executive will acquire new small-business customers in the financial services sector. Responsibilities include developing territory sales plans, prospecting, qualifying leads, building pipeline, meeting sales targets, presenting solutions, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role is hybrid near an Egnyte office or remote outside the designated radius.

Leads deal desk activities supporting renewals and direct sales by structuring complex and non-standard deals, developing pricing strategies, managing revenue recognition requirements, and improving profitability and sales-cycle efficiency. Partners with Sales, Renewals, Product Management, Marketing, and enablement teams; establishes scalable processes, metrics, and practices across geographies; and leads high-performing teams.

Drives new and upsell business within assigned financial services accounts. Develops territory sales strategies, builds pipeline, closes new logos, aligns SaaS solutions with customer needs, presents solutions, forecasts revenue, manages opportunities in Salesforce, and travels to qualified prospects as needed.

Own Egnyte’s Financial Services and Insurance product strategy, translating industry workflows into product use cases, requirements, and priorities. Influence product managers’ roadmaps, define AI agents and document extraction capabilities, support strategic customers and sales opportunities, and collaborate on positioning, go-to-market strategy, and success metrics. Represent the company at industry events and customer advisory sessions.

Develop financial-services-focused product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market campaigns for Egnyte. Enable sales with industry sales plays and content, lead solution launches, create thought leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition and retention.

As a Senior Business Value Consultant, you will assist customers in identifying key challenges and quantifying the financial value of solutions to enhance business outcomes.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements and POCs for AEC customers, design Egnyte-based solutions for BIM and large-file collaboration, map business requirements to technical proposals, advise on integrations and data governance, and mentor teammates while contributing market intelligence and RFx responses.
