Manages and grows relationships with existing K-12 education accounts across California, driving renewals, product adoption, upsell opportunities, demos, and sales pipeline development. The role requires maintaining 100+ partner accounts, meeting revenue quotas, collaborating with Partner Success and Development teams, presenting at conferences, visiting district partners, and sharing customer and competitive insights internally. Travel is required up to 30%, with seasonal peaks potentially reaching 50%.

Own revenue enablement programs and systems supporting Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success. Build playbooks, competitive resources, training, and product-launch enablement; maintain the enablement technology stack and AI Hub; measure adoption and field adherence; and connect enablement activities to win rate, sales cycle length, expansion, time-to-value, and churn outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations.

Own outbound prospecting and lead generation for school district partnerships. Identify, qualify, nurture, and deliver opportunities to Partner Development Managers through high-volume phone, email, and creative outreach. Learn product offerings, manage territory strategy, meet demo-booking goals, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and eventually mentor newer associates and support brand and product marketing initiatives.

Deliver live and virtual partner training using established materials, contribute to instructional content and self-paced assets, support cross-functional partners, build product knowledge of Ellevation's ELD solution, and travel to deliver in-person training. Focus on improving partner adoption, satisfaction, and retention through high-quality facilitation and continuous improvement.
