Manage tickets to SLA, research issues via web and command-line tools, communicate solutions to customers, escalate to engineering, and maintain AI-driven knowledge repositories and automations to streamline workflows.

Lead and scale Flywire's B2B engineering across the Americas, define technology strategy and operating model, build internal engineering capacity, establish Austin as an engineering hub, drive AI-first initiatives, ensure platform reliability/security/scalability, partner cross-functionally, recruit and mentor senior technical talent, and represent B2B engineering at the executive level.
