Lead GTM strategy and planning by advising revenue and executive leadership, turning Gong and CRM data into actionable insights, optimizing processes, designing scorecards/dashboards, and driving cross-functional initiatives to improve pipeline, productivity, and revenue outcomes.

Lead Gong's global equity administration including stock options, RSUs, compliance, IPO readiness, and collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HR.

Own the full engagement lifecycle for strategic Enterprise customers: lead implementations, manage SOW-based projects, run discovery workshops, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Partner with Sales and Customer Success, communicate status to stakeholders, and improve implementation methodology and deliverables.

Build, test, and deploy customer-facing automations and agentic workflows using platforms like Workato, Retool, n8n, and LLMs; design AI-driven integrations with GTM systems; integrate pre-release features; and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalable, high-quality deployments.

Manage financial analyses, synthesize data for insights, and support Corporate FP&A in forecasting and analysis of growth metrics to drive business performance.

Build and own AI-powered automations, agents, and internal tools for revenue teams. Ship production integrations and apps across Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Partnerships using automation platforms and custom code. Embed with GTM stakeholders, measure business impact, and iterate on prototypes using Gong's platform and conversation data.
