Owns end-to-end acquisition of net-new lodging supply partners across aggregators, property management groups, hotel chains, and complex independent properties. Builds target pipelines, negotiates executive-level commercial agreements, structures rates and connectivity terms, drives signed partnerships through activation with cross-functional teams, and hands off activated accounts to Partner Success. Represents the company at industry events and maintains accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Engine’s payments platform, including payment acceptance, card issuing, and supporting financial infrastructure. Expand payment methods, card programs, and financial partnerships while balancing customer and revenue outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, CX, and business development from ideation through launch. Drive AI adoption across Payments, represent the function in executive and customer forums, and scale complex technical platform products.

Own Engine’s end-to-end field marketing program, including event strategy, audience targeting, event execution, experimental activations, destination partnerships, pipeline attribution, and sales enablement. Lead customer dinners, roadshows, sporting events, and unconventional field programs while testing and scaling effective channels. Manage and develop a team of two, remain hands-on in execution, and build repeatable playbooks that improve pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, and customer expansion.

Own monthly and quarterly sales commission and quota calculations, resolve compensation inquiries, manage plan governance, and support timely payouts. Build models for compensation design, quota setting, capacity planning, and productivity analysis. Translate GTM data into dashboards and actionable insights, improve compensation systems and processes, and explore AI automation. Partner with Sales, Finance, Payroll, People, Data, and leadership on planning and operational initiatives.

Own Engine’s enterprise internal communications operation, including weekly All Hands, quarterly Town Halls, company-wide announcements, change communications, editorial rhythms, Confluence architecture, Slack norms, manager training, and AI skill-building programs. Coach senior leaders on high-impact communications, connect business-unit strategies to the enterprise narrative, and build scalable systems, automations, and leader self-service tools while maintaining strong editorial quality and discretion.

Lead Engine’s end-to-end creative strategy and production across digital, experiential, event, brand, and performance marketing. Build AI-assisted creative workflows, tooling, prompt libraries, asset systems, QA processes, and testing frameworks. Partner with Growth and Brand to improve creative velocity, performance, and brand consistency. Lead designers, editors, AI specialists, and producers while contributing hands-on creative direction and craft.

Lead Engine’s internal AI Platform organization and technical strategy. Own the LLM gateway, agent frameworks, evaluation systems, developer-experience tooling, automation APIs, RAG and agent data infrastructure, observability, security, and cost controls. Build the initial platform hands-on, establish a unified enterprise AI stack, partner with Applied AI and Workforce Transformation leaders, and scale the organization through senior engineering leadership. Drive the Velocity program toward increased delivery autonomy and adoption across engineering.

Lead Engine’s enterprise data privacy, AI governance, and risk management programs. Develop privacy and vendor-risk frameworks, automate CCPA/CPRA workflows, advise Security, Product, Finance, clients, and internal partners, and support incident response and regulatory compliance. The role requires privacy law expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic legal guidance in a fast-paced technology environment.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance backend systems and public-facing APIs. Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams, lead initiatives improving efficiency and system performance, and support customer satisfaction. Work may involve distributed systems, pricing engines, identity management, authentication, authorization, API versioning, deprecation, and rate limiting.

Leads product marketing strategy across Engine’s product lines, owning launches, positioning, messaging, release communications, campaigns, enablement, and measurable market momentum. Manages a verticalized product marketing team, builds scalable launch systems and AI-enabled workflows, analyzes adoption and funnel data, and drives cross-functional alignment across product, growth, brand, and engineering.
