Lead the architecture, development, and evolution of Keeper Commander, including Python and .NET SDKs, CLI tooling, APIs, and developer automation. Remain hands-on with coding, debugging, architecture, integrations, security, testing, and release engineering while mentoring a small team. Partner with Product, QA, and Security teams, support the open-source ecosystem, improve developer experience, and guide technical strategy for enterprise and DevOps integrations.

Supports full-cycle recruiting by reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting screening interviews, managing assessments, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers. Supports the full employee lifecycle across onboarding, performance management, HRIS and ADP updates, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, international EOR coordination, and offboarding. Maintains accurate employee records, assists with audits and reporting, supports managers and employees, coordinates training and engagement initiatives, and improves HR processes using technology and AI tools.

Own and optimize the global talent acquisition technology stack, including Greenhouse, integrations, reporting, workflows, and automation. Build recruiting dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reports; analyze funnel performance, capacity, headcount, and hiring trends; maintain data integrity; support ATS and HRIS integrations; improve recruiting processes and candidate experience; document workflows and provide system support. Lead cross-functional technology and process initiatives while assisting with recruiting activities as needed.

Own and execute Keeper Security’s analyst relations program, managing evaluation cycles, questionnaires, timelines, calendars, briefings, documentation, and internal workflows. Coordinate product, engineering, marketing, PR, and leadership stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Prepare briefing materials, synthesize analyst feedback and competitive insights, manage AR tools and libraries, track program metrics, and support promotion of analyst coverage across marketing and communications channels.

Leads and coaches a North America mid-market sales team, develops strategies to exceed revenue targets, manages pipeline and forecasting, supports customer calls, and expands VAR, distributor, and reseller partnerships. The role oversees performance, improves sales processes, collaborates with marketing and channel teams, and drives a high-performance sales culture. Travel up to 20% is required.

Manage and expand an established portfolio of enterprise cybersecurity customers. Responsibilities include meeting revenue quotas, negotiating renewals, driving cross-sells and upsells, conducting technical discussions and Quarterly Business Reviews, advising executive stakeholders, improving adoption, managing escalations, and securing customer advocacy.
