Provide B2B technical support via phone, email, and chat (using Salesforce); troubleshoot product issues, escalate to Tier 2 when needed, and maintain professional, up-to-date product knowledge.

Manage day-to-day analyst relations operations: coordinate evaluations (Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, MarketScape), stakeholder inputs, calendars, briefings, AR tools, and synthesize analyst feedback for product, PR, and marketing.
