The role requires translating ambiguous business problems into clear design direction and using AI in exploration, prototyping, communication, and creation.

Own Linktree’s AI operations platform, including pipelines, model and prompt versioning, evaluations, monitoring, rollback, cost, latency, and reliability. Drive internal AI adoption across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support through tooling and agent workflows. Establish practical governance for data handling and vendor risk, make build-versus-buy decisions, align AI investment with business priorities, and mentor engineers and analysts.

Build and iterate growth experiments, onboarding flows, promotions, and re-engagement campaigns. Design and integrate services/APIs and cloud infrastructure, instrument and analyze product data, apply AI where useful, improve system reliability, and mentor peers to drive activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Lead end-to-end product design for a core surface: frame ambiguous problems, set direction, ship high‑craft interaction and visual designs, prototype to production fidelity, partner cross‑functionally, lift design standards, and advance AI‑enabled design practices and design systems.

Lead and elevate native iOS and Android design across Linktree: define mobile patterns, set craft standards, run cross-pillar reviews, prototype to production fidelity, partner with Design Systems and Engineering, and mentor designers to keep the app coherent and high-quality.

As a Staff Product Designer, you'll drive product-led growth by designing user journeys, shaping strategies, leading projects, and mentoring other designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
