Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, and Go-to-Market. Diagnose and redesign workflows, perform data-driven analysis, coordinate dependencies, communicate recommendations to leadership, and transition completed initiatives to permanent owners. Support FP&A, Deal Desk, business operations analytics, QBRs, and leadership offsites.

Owns revenue operations strategy and GTM planning, including forecasting, annual planning, business reviews, incentive design, analytics, KPI dashboards, and performance insights. Partners with Finance, Product, and Operations to improve sales productivity, align headcount with revenue goals, and execute multi-quarter strategic workstreams. Manages accounts receivable and revenue recognition under GAAP and ASC 606, including billing, collections, reconciliations, journal entries, monthly close, and reporting. Resolves billing discrepancies across Salesforce, billing systems, and NetSuite; maintains internal controls; supports audits; communicates with customers; and drives billing-to-cash process improvements and automation.

Own customer technical implementations from commitment through the first 30 production days. Lead discovery, integration design, API and data troubleshooting, configuration, testing, UAT, launch, and stabilization. Coordinate USPS, postal, logistics, and commingling partner requirements while translating customer needs into technical plans and engineering requirements. Use development and AI coding tools to build utilities, automate implementation work, and resolve issues directly. The role requires regular travel to customer and partner locations and supports complex physical-mail workflows.

Drive new business in Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts for a direct-mail SaaS platform. Own full sales cycle, build pipeline with outbound outreach, engage executive stakeholders, lead RFP/RFI responses, collaborate with Solutions/Product/Marketing, deliver technical discovery and demos with Solutions Engineers, negotiate enterprise contracts, and run territory strategy within a POD structure to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal.

Own full sales cycle for SMB/Mid-Market accounts, build pipeline via outbound prospecting, engage executive stakeholders, lead technical discovery with Solutions Engineers, respond to RFPs/RFIs, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive revenue while shaping product solutions.

Serve as the technical counterpart to Account Management to onboard, implement, and support customers on Lob's SaaS direct-mail platform. Lead technical implementations, document requirements, manage timelines, and ensure adoption and retention while partnering with account teams and customers.

Partner with Strategic Account Managers to manage post‑sales relationships for large enterprise clients: drive product adoption, conduct executive business reviews, run data-driven programs, coordinate cross‑functional teams, mitigate churn, identify expansion opportunities, and feed customer insights to Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Finance to improve retention and ROI.
