The Outbound SDR will generate opportunities through outbound outreach, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth, maintaining a focus on productivity and strategic prospecting.

Drive enterprise revenue for media intelligence by building and closing a pipeline of large enterprise accounts. Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with PR, communications, and insights buyers. Serve as subject matter expert, influence GTM strategy with Product and Marketing, and partner with Customer Success for account transitions, expansion, and retention to meet quota and growth targets.

Sell Muck Rack's media intelligence SaaS to enterprise PR, communications, and marketing leaders. Manage an enterprise territory end-to-end: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, and meet revenue and activity quotas. Drive pipeline generation, coordinate internal resources, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles while tracking ACV, win rate, and cross-sell metrics.

Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives to acquire net-new enterprise customers, improve forecasting and pipeline hygiene, inspect deals, drive adoption of Salesforce/Gong/Outreach, analyze sales data, partner cross-functionally, and hire and develop top enterprise sales talent to meet quota and increase win rates and contract value.

Design and deliver sales training and enablement resources for AEs and SDRs. Create courses, simulations, playbooks, and launch-oriented materials; translate product updates into sales guidance; run onboarding, workshops, and call reviews; measure enablement effectiveness and partner with Sales and RevOps to remove funnel friction.

Lead and scale Sales Operations to improve forecasting, quota and pipeline management, KPIs, dashboards, territory management, and GTM systems.
