Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Qualia’s payments product for real estate closings. Lead end-to-end payment flows across ACH, wire, RTP, FedNow, and checks; collaborate with design, engineering, legal, risk, operations, bank partners, and marketing; define requirements and milestones; analyze adoption data; and continuously improve customer value while balancing technical complexity and risk.

Own Qualia Clear’s curative AI agent portfolio across roadmap, requirements, prototyping, releases, adoption, performance, and iteration. Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, executives, and customers to deliver AI agents for title workflows nationwide. Analyze utilization, accuracy, and cost metrics, write precise PRDs, drive adoption, and improve agent performance across all 50 states.

Own an AI product roadmap focused on search and exam workflows, output quality, evaluation, experimentation, and adoption. Define correctness standards, error taxonomies, scoring systems, and measurable improvement strategies. Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, executives, and real estate professionals to ship reliable AI capabilities, manage costs, and drive product adoption.

Own SMB customer implementations for the first 50–90 days as main point of contact. Drive project schedules, configure Qualia, align stakeholders and GMs/CSMs, resolve technical issues, and graduate customers quickly with high satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end execution of high-touch enterprise onboarding and post-sales programs. Orchestrate cross-functional teams, align product roadmap to client needs, deploy AI automation to remove administrative friction, forecast risks, and maintain executive communication to ensure long-term account success.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade test infrastructure, release orchestration tooling, and performance testing systems. Drive automation strategy across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end layers, migrate test frameworks (Cypress to Playwright), add observability for flakiness and reliability, and mentor engineers while solving complex infrastructure and AI-assisted testing problems.

Test Resware enhancements and updates through feature, regression, exploratory, UI/UX, API (e.g., Postman) and integration testing. Define acceptance criteria, assess risk, document defects, collaborate with Product and Engineering, identify automation candidates, and improve QA processes to ensure high-quality releases and strong user experience.

Lead product strategy and execution for Qualia's platform, managing data platforms and integrating AI capabilities. Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to define specifications, use data to drive decisions, and deliver web products that move key business metrics.

Lead strategy, development, and delivery of Qualia's customer education programs across self-service, digital, and instructor-led channels. Build and scale paid training services, manage team and P&L, establish content governance, measure program impact, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and customer success.
