Provide Tier-1 client support for the Sky Road product suite: support and onboard trade workflows, templates, funds, permissions and application layouts; document workflows and permission models; escalate issues to development; coordinate with project managers for client onboarding and testing.

Lead and mentor a DevOps team to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, IaC, container orchestration, monitoring, security controls, disaster recovery, and on-call support to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure systems.

The Quantitative Developer will assist with client onboarding, support, implement and maintain new functionality for portfolio compliance, and improve team documentation.
