Lead data engineering initiatives supporting analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence teams. The role includes testing, architectural design, on-call production support, incident prevention, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, DevOps, SRE, and product teams.

Own the strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and P&L for Self Financial’s Credit Building product. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams across engineering, risk, compliance, design, analytics, marketing, and operations. Use quantitative and qualitative research to guide product decisions, mentor PMs, establish product standards, and drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows across the organization.

Build and maintain customer-facing web, iOS, and Android features using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, HTML, and CSS. Integrate REST APIs and third-party services, write tested and accessible code, participate in reviews, debug issues, and collaborate with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and QA while developing frontend engineering skills.
