Serve as a post-sale technical consultant for ThousandEyes customers, driving product adoption, usage, training, and roadmap execution. Build trusted advisor relationships, identify use cases and expansion opportunities, collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, deliver product updates, share customer feedback, and recommend best practices. The role requires expertise in application and network protocols, infrastructure troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical functions such as technical support, solutions engineering, or professional services.

Lead the architecture, operation, and reliability of Cisco ThousandEyes’ FedRAMP-compliant AWS GovCloud platform. Build resilient cloud-native services using infrastructure as code, maintain high availability and security for high-volume data streams, automate compliance controls and auditing, and optimize multi-region infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering and security teams, lead technical initiatives, address operational risks, and establish engineering standards for regulated environments.
