Lead and scale a GTM analytics and growth strategy function to drive revenue growth. Lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategy; own pay transparency and compliance; manage annual merit/promotion/equity cycles in Workday; design job architecture and geographic salary structures; advise business leaders and Talent Acquisition; support executive compensation and M&A integration; drive automation and AI-enabled compensation workflows.
