Leads and develops a team of Sales Engineers while participating in enterprise technical sales, API integration discussions, solution presentations, and merchant onboarding. Responsibilities include developing fault-injection and experimentation systems, implementing isolation and rollback safeguards, improving observability and auditability, driving reliability initiatives, and partnering across engineering, infrastructure, product, and security teams. The manager mentors engineers, establishes resilience practices, and enables organization-wide adoption of proactive system validation.

Partner with product and engineering teams to embed security throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct threat modeling, architecture reviews, source-code security analysis, vulnerability identification, and secure test development. Advise on authentication, compliance, and business security requirements; automate security processes; identify emerging vulnerabilities; and coordinate cross-team projects through completion.

Leads cross-functional operations enablement programs that improve scalable, compliant servicing. Owns roadmaps, operational readiness, change management, stakeholder governance, risk resolution, knowledge management, training strategy, process optimization, and performance measurement.
