The Director of Product Management will lead teams in Loan Lifecycle and Money Movement, defining strategies, ensuring platform scalability, and improving system reliability while managing stakeholder relationships and team performance.

Own and drive the long-term vision and architecture for Affirm's consumer experience across mobile, web, and future surfaces. Build and evolve design systems, navigation, information architecture, and shared React Native platform capabilities. Lead large cross-functional initiatives, set standards and governance, partner with Design and Engineering, and use research and analytics to improve consumer journeys and consistency at scale.
