Design, build, and operate AI agents and decision-support systems embedded in GTM workflows. Conduct stakeholder research, prioritize problems, ship and iterate on agent outputs, monitor adoption and quality, and scale reusable solutions across sales and customer-success motions while staying closely embedded with field teams.

Lead and grow a Financial Services solutions consulting practice as a player-coach: manage and hire Solutions Consultants, run enterprise pre-sales end-to-end (discovery, solution design, demos, POVs, security reviews, executive presentations), build FinServ sales plays, reusable assets, and thought leadership, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Security and Marketing. Role is Austin-based, hybrid, with up to 50% travel.

Lead and grow a team of Strategic Account Executives to drive acquisition, retention, and expansion for Braze's Customer Journey platform. Develop and operationalize retail vertical go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks, align cross-functional teams, coach on deals and forecasting, represent Braze at industry events, and execute strategic and operational plans to hit revenue targets.
