Own the customer proof-of-concept program for the Solutions organization. Design POC methodologies, intake criteria, timelines, success standards, resourcing models, operating cadences, escalation frameworks, playbooks, and reporting. Partner with engineering, design, SDK, sales, support, and enterprise customers while defining product strategy, measurement baselines, technical priorities, and investment tradeoffs. This senior individual contributor role requires strong technical judgment, customer focus, commercial fluency, and cross-functional influence.
