Provide training, professional services, and data analysis to demonstrate business value, surface customer feedback, and identify expansion opportunities. Monitor customer health, manage change, create case studies, and collaborate with sales, clinical, and technical teams. Travel to client sites (~25%) and work remotely supporting Central and West territories.
