The Senior Counsel will provide regulatory and compliance guidance, develop strategies for market access, and support international expansion for Dandy's medical devices.

Lead corporate treasury activities including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, banking and financing relationships, cash management, insurance programs, risk monitoring (FX/interest/counterparty), treasury policy, and reporting to senior leadership while partnering with Accounting and Operations.
