Support customer operations across data feeds, SFTP setup, eligibility workflows, UAT, QA, customer configuration, and lifecycle changes. Analyzes medical and pharmacy claims, translates clinical outcomes into financial value, supports sales and client discussions, evaluates healthcare trends, builds scalable actuarial tools and standards, and mentors actuarial talent.

Manage strategic employer client accounts from onboarding through renewal, retention, and expansion. Deliver data-driven business reviews using clinical outcomes, engagement metrics, and ROI analyses; lead renewal negotiations and upsell discussions; identify risks and growth opportunities; and advise senior HR, benefits, and consultant stakeholders. Collaborate with Clinical, Member Engagement, Analytics, and Commercial teams to improve adoption and client outcomes while independently owning a book of business.

Secure Virta’s cloud-native applications and platform by improving GCP and Kubernetes controls, integrating security into the software lifecycle, automating vulnerability detection and compliance, refining IAM and network security, developing security standards, supporting incident response, and promoting security awareness.
