Lead end-to-end design and verification of high-reliability space/airborne electronics: architecture, schematic, PCB layout, SI/PI analysis, bring-up, validation, production release, and technical leadership/mentoring.

Designs and executes RF test plans for space and airborne products; operates RF lab equipment; develops reusable test architectures and automation; reviews and presents RF test data; participates in design-for-test, root cause analysis, and cross-functional lifecycle support.

Design and develop board-level RF electronics and phased-array communications systems from concept through testing and in-orbit support. Responsibilities include schematic and PCB layout, simulations, link budgets, part selection, manufacturing support, qualification, and presenting design reviews and proposals.

Design and deliver digital and mixed-signal electronics for space and airborne platforms from concept through schematic, PCB layout, analysis, build, test, and production. Work includes FPGA/microcontroller-based designs, signal and power integrity analysis, bring-up and verification, mentoring juniors, and interfacing with manufacturing, software, mechanical, and customers.

Lead FPGA architecture, design, verification, and deployment for space systems. Define interfaces, perform implementation and timing closure, test and validate designs, mentor junior engineers, participate in reviews and proposals, and ensure radiation mitigation and space-qualified part selection.

Lead PCB layout and library management for high-frequency RF, power, and digital aerospace electronics. Perform complex Altium layouts (up to 30 GHz), manage component libraries, create/revise release packages, maintain templates, and collaborate with hardware and mechanical engineers to ensure high-reliability designs.

Develop and maintain digital mission models using STK and integrated simulation tools to support multi-discipline design, automate workflows, validate performance, and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and test teams. Lead tooling interoperability, data pipelines, MBSE practices, and present results at design reviews.

Provide dedicated administrative support to senior leadership: manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare agendas and confidential executive materials, complete expense reports, liaise with stakeholders, and proactively remove obstacles to support operational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
