Lead program performance and execution for space payloads or subsystems, owning cost, schedule, technical performance, customer interactions, risk-based decisions, metrics, and cross-functional coordination across development, integration, test, and delivery.

Lead system engineering for space-based communication payloads: define requirements, architecture, CONOPS, perform risk analysis, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor interfaces, and drive program-level technical decisions to delivery.

Lead definition and development of next-generation ISR RF payloads for space and airborne platforms. Define end-to-end RF architectures (antenna, front-end, digitization, processing), drive trade studies on performance and SWaP, lead concept development for phased arrays and digital beamforming, support proposals, mentor teams, and represent SME in customer engagements.

Provide dedicated administrative support to senior leadership: manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare agendas and confidential executive materials, complete expense reports, liaise with stakeholders, and proactively remove obstacles to support operational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
