Design and develop mechanical hardware for satellite and aerospace products from concept through testing and in-orbit support. Perform CAD design, thermal and structural simulation, FEA, DFM/DFMA, EMI/EMC mitigation, manufacturing coordination, and present design reviews to customers and leadership.

Architect and scale end-to-end satellite production systems including production flow, facility design, capacity modeling, tooling and test integration, digital traceability, CONOPS, standard work, and continuous improvement to enable transition from development to high-rate aerospace manufacturing.

Design, implement, test, and qualify embedded software from requirements through production for Linux SBCs and microcontroller systems. Develop low-level drivers, BSPs, APIs (including FPGA interfaces), perform code reviews, optimize I/O and real-time performance, support in-orbit customers, and collaborate across hardware and systems teams.
