Lead and manage a team of recruiters executing full-cycle hiring for technical and business roles. Partner with hiring managers on role definitions, run structured interviews, deliver offers, support onboarding, track headcount and hiring forecasts, provide market insights, and drive metrics-informed improvements to talent acquisition processes.

Senior individual-contributor owning SEC and internal financial reporting, technical accounting, and accounting policy. Prepares and reviews 10-Q/10-K/8-K filings, leads implementation of new standards, supports audits, documents complex accounting judgments, and coordinates cross-functional reporting and controls in an aerospace/government-contracting environment.

Lead ASC 606 revenue recognition for government and commercial contracts. Evaluate contracts and modifications, prepare technical accounting memos and journal entries, maintain SOX controls, support audits and disclosures, partner cross-functionally to optimize contract accounting and improve revenue processes.

Lead cost and manufacturing accounting including standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and SOX-compliant controls. Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and FP&A to maintain cost systems, support SEC reporting and audits, drive process improvements, and manage physical inventory, reserves, capitalization, and manufacturing transaction accuracy.
