Oversee claims programs and third-party administrators, ensuring compliance with guidelines, regulations, service expectations, and coverage intent. Monitor TPA performance, conduct file reviews and quality audits, analyze claims KPIs, prepare performance reports, track corrective actions, and support reinsurance reporting, regulatory audits, and program onboarding. Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance, legal, and program partners while supporting complex claims, continuous improvement, and claims best-practice development.

Own the multi-year strategy and day-to-day delivery for Hippo's insurance products platform, including rating/pricing engines, business rules, coverage logic, and compliance. Lead cross-functional initiatives, translate requirements into PRDs and user stories, partner with Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes to improve speed-to-market, profitability, and auditability.

Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and operations for a regulated, publicly traded insurer: own SOC 2 and SOX-related controls, security operations, incident response, identity governance, privacy, third-party risk, security engineering, board reporting, and business continuity while building teams and driving compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead martech and acquisition product initiatives: own CDP, tag management, tracking, landing pages, and marketing automation. Build self-serve marketer tools, define event taxonomy, run experiments, own attribution/reporting, translate insights into requirements, and align stakeholders to drive acquisition outcomes.
