Designs intuitive, accessible, conversion-focused web experiences; prototypes and ships improvements using Figma, AI-assisted coding tools, and a component-based CMS. Partners with cross-functional teams, refactors legacy experiences, documents standards, and helps establish AI- and code-first workflows that support both designers and AI agents.

Owns LegalZoom’s programmatic performance marketing strategy, campaign execution, optimization, measurement, and executive reporting. Manages Display, Video, CTV, Native, and Audio campaigns across Google Ads, The Trade Desk, agencies, and direct partnerships. Develops channel roadmaps, testing programs, attribution and incrementality strategies, and cross-functional initiatives. Uses advanced analytics, AI tools, automation, and martech integrations to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Reviews nonprofit tax-exemption applications, serves as an IRS representative under powers of attorney, manages IRS correspondence, advises on exempt-organization classifications, trains fulfillment staff, and develops quality procedures. The role requires CPA or Enrolled Agent credentials, nonprofit tax and IRS representation expertise, responsible use of Claude and AI tools, and full-time onsite work in Austin.

Provide trademark consultations to small business clients, conduct clearance searches and risk analyses, advise on registrability, file high-volume USPTO applications, respond to Office actions, and assist senior attorneys. The role requires responsible use of AI-enabled tools, strong client communication, practical legal judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
