Translate client goals into cohesive, operational event experiences, build proposal narratives and mood boards, price and source vendors, design guest flow/transportation, and partner with Sales and Event teams to ensure concepts are inspiring, budget-conscious, and executable.

Lead national partnership strategy and relationship-building with hotel brands, ownership groups, CVBs, and industry organizations. Drive partnership-sourced revenue, support sales pipeline, represent the company at events, collaborate cross-functionally, track performance in Salesforce, and provide market intelligence to inform expansion and growth.

Support Brand Marketing by designing on-brand collateral, building and scheduling email campaigns, managing digital asset libraries, coordinating marketing requests and timelines, quality-checking materials, and assisting with social media, events, PR, and internal communications to keep projects on brand and on schedule.
