Directs enterprise marketing operations, including project pipelines, workflows, campaign delivery, resource planning, budgeting, vendor performance, compliance, and process improvement. Operate and support the QRM mortgage banking risk system, importing and reconciling pipeline, loan, and hedge data. Produce daily risk, position, coverage, P&L, and best-execution reports for the capital markets trading desk. Maintain Power BI dashboards, ETL routines, QRM configurations, reports, and calculation logic. Validate model inputs, support SOX controls and Finance reconciliations, resolve data discrepancies, and respond to ad hoc requests while documenting procedures and partnering with internal stakeholders.

Own the strategy, roadmap, evaluation, governance, integration, launch, and lifecycle management of AI tools supporting mortgage sales. Discover Loan Officer needs, prioritize use cases, measure adoption and ROI, evaluate vendors, coordinate risk and compliance approvals, design workflows across enterprise systems, and lead enablement and change management. Partner with technical teams on integrations and internal AI builds while maintaining vendor guardrails and ensuring safe, valuable adoption.
